Check your notice period!
November 9th, 2011A number of clients have recently asked us to find the best deal for their gas and electricity usage. In many cases, we have contacted their encumbent supplier to discover that our client has failed to give the supplier the necessary notice period and so their contract has automatically rolled over for another term. Check your terms and conditions and if necessary contact your supplier to confirm the notice period for each of your utilities.
