Our Services

Landlines

You can make significant cost savings by asking us to look at your call charges.

For example, if you’re still using BT as your telecom provider, we can save you an average of 35% of your call charges by transferring your telecoms to one of our providers.

All of our telecom partners are Tier 1, OFTEL approved, so you can be sure of:

  • a seamless transition with no downtime;
  • keeping your existing telephone numbers;
  • no boxes to install or codes to dial;
  • a dedicated account manager you can call any time;
  • online call statistics including fraud alerts.

Line Rental

As well as reducing your call charges, we also recommend you transfer your line rental to the same provider you use for landline calls. This means:

  • you benefit from savings on line rental charges;
  • you get just one bill each month;
  • your account manager can answer all queries regarding your account.

All our telecom partners are WLR3 providers, which means they have direct and instant access to BT’s back office systems. Your account manager can order new lines and book a BT engineer in exactly the same way as if you were a BT customer, but without the wait

Mobiles

Through our mobile partnerships, we are able to offer the services of the major network names. After carrying out a full analysis of your mobile billing and data, we can:

  • propose the most suitable and cost-effective tariff for your requirements;
  • guide you on the most suitable handset for your needs – BlackBerry or PDA;
  • assign to you a dedicated and easily contactable account manager.
  • Business apps – if you are interested in these, please contact us for further details.

Telephone Systems

As an independent consultancy, we have partnerships with tried and highly trusted system companies able to offer you an excellent choice of telephone systems.

They share our aim of designing, supplying and implementing a system that’s right for your business. This is a system that not only manages your inbound and outbound calls effectively, but which can offer the extra functionality that might be perfect for your way of working, such as

  • Voicemail
  • Auto-attendant
  • VoIP compatibility
  • Call-logging
  • Call-management
  • CTI (computer telephony integration)

Rest assured that all our systems come with full training and maintenance contracts.

Alternatively you could consider a Hosted Telephone System.  This is available with a single intuitive interface that will allow functions to be enabled to a number of users regardless of the underlying technology or product.  You will have control of an admin interface portal, with options to add inbound and outbound call recording and unified messaging.

There are many advantages of considering a Hosted Telephone System including:

  • No capex costs
  • No maintenance contracts
  • Increased functionality

Broadband

With the sheer weight of applications and files that businesses now send, upload speed is perhaps more relevant than download.  We can offer a range of broadband packages able to accommodate the upload speed requirements of a small business or a large organisation.

Our partners allow for 30% headroom, so the speed of connectivity is never compromised. You can also implement a disaster recovery strategy for your broadband connectivity, by having two broadband connections on a complementary platform.

VoIP

(Voice Over Internet Protocol)

We can offer a complete range of IP solutions including Hosted IP, SIP and IP connected to your existing telephone system.

VoIP, in basic terms, is a phone service over the Internet. It offers many benefits over a traditional telephone system including:

  • free calls between users on the same platform;
  • online management of calls;
  • ability to keep the same telephone number if you move office;
  • greater flexibility and scalability;
  • easy implementation of disaster recovery.

SIP

(Session Initiation Protocol)

SIP is the latest technology allowing voice calls to travel over the internet. SIP can provide:

  • low cost ISDN replacement lines;
  • excellent call quality;
  • flexibility;
  • number porting;
  • easy implementation of disaster recovery

Inbound-0800, 0844, 0845, 0871 etc

We can provide you with your own low-cost contact centre to enhance efficiency and customer service.

You can choose to have a non-geographic number (0800, 0844, 0845 etc.) or a geographic number (your local code) and benefit from:

  • feature-rich, scalable, cost-effective telephony with no capital outlay;
  • disaster recovery by instantly re-directing calls to another site;
  • call-recording for compliance or training;
  • the ability to provide outstanding customer service eg. managing callers during busy hours or when the office is closed;
  • use with any number, anywhere, on any device.

These inbound services need no capital outlay and can be set up on the network in minutes for maximum operational flexibility. You have total control through access to an easy-to-use, secure online portal.

Leased Lines

These are used by businesses to connect geographically distant offices; they are also known as private circuit or data line.

Unlike traditional PTSN lines they do not have a telephone number, with each side being permanently connected to the other. Leased lines can be used for telephone, data and internet services.

Disaster Recovery

In the event of a major disaster or a minor incident, continued operations are vital for any business.  BS 25999 Business Continuity, has been developed to help organisations minimize the risk of disruption during any unexpected event.

When it comes to telecoms, there are different solutions available which include:

  • SIP Trunks as well as ISDN channels;
  • hosted IP solutions;
  • the use of non-geographic numbers (0800, 0844, 0871 etc.);
  • two broadband connections with different network operators

Audio & Web Conferencing

Business performance improves when your employees can communicate easily with each other and get closer to customers, even though they may be based in different offices and locations.

For example, your staff can share information in an audio conference presentation, host a customer demonstration or work together on a document.

Easy-to-use via a web browser, audio and web conferencing allows you to:

  • reduce your carbon footprint as there are no travel costs to meetings;
  • save money on third party conference service bookings;
  • support multiple conferences with hundreds of participants;
  • enhance your business performance using real-time audio and web-based information sharing;
  • record and store audio and web sessions.

Video Conferencing

The use of video communication technology has become an integral part of doing business.

Speaking face-to-face even when you’re miles apart gives authenticity and impetus to meetings, and ensures messages are received clearly and unambiguously.

Working with our specialist partner, we can give you expert advice on the different products available so you can confidently decide which one is right for your business.
